Mama mia! Delicious Italian food! We had the chicken piccatta, seafood fra diavlo and clams and spaghetti. Plus half salads, a Sicilian orange loaded with fresh oranges balanced with salty scallion and finished with a light vinaigrette, a grilled romaine pancetta, perfectly smoky, with a fabulous creamy gorgonzola dressing, and a traditional Caesar. Plus the mozzarella wedges, perfectly crispy outside, soft stringy cheese inside. The meals were great portion sizes. There were so many meaty clams in the spaghetti, lots of capers in the piccatta and seafood in the fra diavlo. Oh, let's not forget the wonderful Thom's rosemary bread. Ciros got me hooked and I now buy it directly from Thom's off Oregon Pike. Hard to believe we had room for dessert. We skipped the gelato but tried a piece of tiramisu. The bottom was soaked with delicious espresso and topped with layers of cake and thick whipped cream. Our server was fast and friendly and the overall price was not bad for the experience, but higher than an average dinner. Well worth it!

Andrew is a great waiter. Very attentive to what we wanted and made suggestions which we decided to go with and was not disappointed. Food was excellent. The Rosemary bread dipped in EVOO was YUM 😋. The tiramisu was delicious also. We expected no less @ Ciro's. Great place to try. Make a reservation!

We’ve been coming to this location for years and the food never disappoints. We were able to get in and out quickly, and our server was amazing. Consistently a great experience every time we visit.

Quaint little bistro. So often hard to find authentic Italian cuisine near Lancaster. Service was great, quality of food was really good. Didn't look or taste like "every other" Italian place out there. Enjoy!

Our group of five had a lovely experience at Ciro's Restaurant last night, and I cannot recommend it enough. I made reservations a week in advance and appreciated the helpful text reminder; when we arrived, our table was ready and the first two members of our group were seated immediately. I arrived just moments later and was escorted directly to the table, followed shortly by our final two guests who were also brought back right away. The service was consistently good throughout the evening, and every meal we ordered was absolutely delicious. It was a seamless and wonderful dining experience from start to finish.
